Of the 13 films in competition, Light of Mine was selected as one of 4 finalists for Best Cinematography, as judged by the great cinematographer Gerald Hirschfeld A.S.C. Patrick's cinematography work was also nominated in 2010 for feature film Calvin Marshall at Ashland Independent Film Festival.
