WEBSITE & GRAPHIC DESIGN

Wrapping up 2023 on a high note, Mad Bird Design has launched a long-awaited refresh of the website for Central Oregon’s Homeless Leadership Coalition (cohomeless.org). This site boasts new and updated features like revised organization, data tools, a page dedicated to myths and facts about homelessness, interfaces to get involved or complete a membership application and pay membership dues, and a user-friendly Find Help resource page. Michele also created several custom graphics to illustrate key concepts.

“This tremendous work would not have been possible without the hard work of our web designer, Michele Neary of Mad Bird Design. Michele has been a true professional. She’s creative, understanding, open to new ideas, and so flexible.”

Lindsey Stailing, HLC Board, Homeless Leadership Coalition

The HLC has worked tirelessly to support a community-wide commitment to the goal of ending homelessness in Central Oregon, and this project was a rewarding collaboration – fulfilling Mad Bird’s mission to do good work for good people. The website functions as a powerful communications tool and resource for its audience, serves as a reliable source of data, tools, and programs to address homelessness in the region, and the responsive design looks great on desktop and mobile devices.

Mad Bird Design has created five websites for COIC partners in Central Oregon, including:

  • CORE3 | core3center.org | Website to introduce the vision and need to develop Central Oregon Ready Responsive Resilient (CORE3), a proposed regional emergency training and response center.
  • Growing Regional Oregon (GRO) | growingruraloregon.org | Statewide entrepreneurship ecosystem project. Alongside local leadership teams, the GRO Team helps participating communities identify opportunities, share and leverage best practices, initiate networks, and connect to new ideas, resources, and industry leaders.
  • Rural Community Building Program | coicruralcommunity.org | Central Oregon program designed to support local community members to identity their own goals, projects, and new connections to partners and resources to bring their visions to life.
  • Camp Sherman Fiber | campshermanfiber.com | Community involvement project to bring fast, reliable, affordable Internet to Camp Sherman, Oregon.
