Community Plan Design
Mad Bird Design developed two signature publications for the award-winning Beaverton Community Vision Plan. The vibrant 36-page book renews the original Community Vision, describing the community’s goals to build community, deliver quality public services, improve mobility, create a vibrant downtown, and enhance livability.
The successful result is a 5-year update and companion to the 2010 Beaverton Community Vision Action Plan. Both plans feature color themes organized around community goals to help the reader navigate, and include a detailed action plan matrix. We created a colorful and instantly recognizable look for the Vision Plans, showcasing the Beaverton community with lively photographs and illustrations.
Mad Bird Design has produced a range of materials to support Beaverton Community Vision, including annual reports, newsletters, pocket folders, posters and displays, an informational video, and handouts printed in multiple languages.
